Perhaps you carry another heart with you. You may be unaware. The words of one without capital letters, opens up avenues of thought. Emotions flow and suddenly you are in love. You are not even aware of the source. It does not matter.

How often have you contemplated the road not taken? What wonderful thing might you accomplish if only? If only you go left, instead of right. If only you go up, instead of down. Maybe you wonder what it all means. Perhaps nothing makes sense.

You may choose the less trodden path. It is not the conventional method. Others may mock you. Yet, you feel a sense of satisfaction. Anyone can take the easy way. You choose to make life a challenge. Has it made all the difference? Only you can decide.

Perhaps some of life's best philosophical moments come from the darkness of the night. You sit alone. Suddenly the night is interrupted. When you look to see, there is nothing, or so you think. Is it really darkness and nothing more? It may not be a raven. It may be the thoughts of doubt in the back of your mind. Until you read about the darkness, you may not know that it exists. Once you meet the enemy, you can better deal with him or her. This is true, especially if he or she exists in your reflection.
